Emma Capital Investments Inc, a Toronto based company, is looking for an enthusiastic and professional Administrative Assistant to join our busy team.
The job role will include:
- Answering phone calls in a professional and polite manner; taking accurate messages and transferring calls
- Managing email requests from the team
- Corresponding with investors via email and written letters as instructed
- General office tasks including: photocopying, scanning documents, accurate filing, binding documents, managing the daily post
- Ordering office supplies as instructed
- Taking care of travel arrangements and reports
- Any other general tasks necessary to assist the team in their duties
- Excellent oral and letter writing skills- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Power point, Word and Excel
- Professional and polite phone manner with ability to take accurate phone messages- Positive attitude and enjoys working part of a small team
- Ability to learn quickly with excellent attention to detail and be easily adaptable to stressful situations
- University degree/College diploma
